We're seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to lead a project from kickoff through delivery. This role manages schedules, resources, budgets, communication, and overall project execution while serving as the main point of contact for clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage project timelines, deliverables, budgets, and resources.
• Create SOWs, project plans, and client-facing documentation.
• Identify and escalate risks/issues and drive mitigation efforts.
• Lead project meetings and maintain consistent communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Coordinate work across internal teams and external partners.
• Oversee vendor coordination, contracts, and monthly project invoicing.
• Support projects with hands-on assistance when needed and conduct post-project reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
• 2-4 years of project management or project coordination experience.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage shifting priorities, and deliver excellent customer service.

Additional Info:

• Pay range: $35-38/hr.
• Schedule: 8am-5pm, Monday - Friday
• Location: 100% in office
• Type: Contract - Starting ASAP and going through October/November
